Terms of Service

Last updated DRAFT: have a lawyer review before launch

This is a good-faith starter template written for this service. It is not legal advice. Before you take real payments, have an attorney licensed in your state review it and fill in your legal business name and address.

1. What we do

Let Me Roast ’Em! (“we”) provides AI-assisted writing of complaint letters and related documents based on information and documents you provide. We are a writing service. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice or representation, and do not act as your agent.

2. Your responsibilities

  • What you give us must be truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you must have the right to share it.
  • You will not ask us to threaten, harass, defame or dox anyone, to target someone’s identity or characteristics, or to state accusations you can’t support.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every document before you send or publish it, and for how you use it.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any business will respond, refund, compensate you, or change its behavior. Outcomes depend entirely on third parties.

4. AI-generated content

Documents are drafted by AI and automatically checked against the information you supplied, but errors can occur. You must verify facts before using a document. We may decline or pause any order for review, and if we can’t complete an order we refund it.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Prices are shown at checkout. See the Refund Policy.

6. Public posting (Wall of Pisssstivity)

Posting is optional, requires your opt-in and supporting documents, and is subject to human moderation. We may decline, edit for accuracy, label, or remove any post, including after a business supplies a verified correction or response. You may withdraw your post at any time.

7. Sending to third parties

We never contact a business on your behalf unless you give explicit, specific authorization for a particular send, and we may refuse recipients we can’t verify.

8. Your content and our license

You keep ownership of your information and documents. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. You may use the documents we write for you however you like, subject to law.

9. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: use the Contact page.
