Let me roast ’em!

Questions? Answers.

What exactly do I get?

A custom complaint written by AI from your story and receipts, in the heat level you choose, delivered by email, as a PDF and in your account. Light ’Em Up is about 125–200 words, Turn Up the Heat about 300–450 (plus email-ready and review-ready versions), and Full Smoke about 500–700 words with a corporate escalation version and one included follow-up.

Will a business actually refund me?

We can’t promise that, and nobody honestly can. We write a clear, documented, well-written complaint that’s hard to ignore. Refunds, compensation or replies from businesses are never guaranteed.

Do I need receipts?

Receipts are best, because they let us state facts plainly. Other credible documents (order confirmations, emails, screenshots, photos) work too. With no proof you can still order, but we’ll use carefully qualified language and never state unproven accusations as fact. Posting on the Wall of Pisssstivity requires supporting documents.

Will you make stuff up to make it funnier?

Never. Humor comes from your documented facts. We don’t invent receipts, quotes, policies, damages, promises or outcomes. If something is unclear we ask you, or word it carefully.

Is my complaint sent to the business automatically?

No. You get the finished complaint and you decide where it goes. We never contact a business unless you explicitly authorize a specific send.

What won’t you write?

Threats, harassment, doxxing, attacks on someone’s identity, appearance or family, unsupported accusations of crimes, or anything that targets a private individual. Orders with serious claims are paused for a human review, and you’re refunded if we can’t complete them.

How fast is it?

Most orders finish within a few minutes of payment. If the AI needs a missing detail it emails you. Human reviews take up to one business day.

Who sees my documents?

Your files are stored privately (no public links). Our AI provider processes them only to write your complaint. See the Privacy Policy for details and for how to delete everything.

Can I get a refund from you?

No. All sales are final, with two narrow exceptions (never delivered, or charged twice). See the Refund Policy.

What’s the Wall of Pisssstivity?

A public, searchable gallery of customer-approved, documented, human-reviewed complaints with a status tag (awaiting response, responded, resolved…). You must opt in. Businesses can respond or request factual corrections.

Is this legal advice?

No. We’re a writing service, not a law firm. For legal questions, talk to a licensed attorney or a consumer-protection agency.
