Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name and email; your complaint details; the documents you upload; your order and payment status (never your card number, which Stripe handles).
• Basic technical data (IP address for security and rate limiting, error logs).

How we use it

• To write, deliver and support your order; to prevent fraud and abuse; to run the business.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

• Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, login, private file storage), Anthropic (AI that reads your story and documents to write your complaint), Resend (email), and our hosting provider.
• Before text goes to the AI we automatically remove obvious card numbers, emails, phone numbers and SSNs. Uploaded images and PDFs can’t be redacted automatically, so please cover private numbers first.
• The AI provider processes your content to generate output for you; check the provider’s terms for its own data retention and training rules.

Your files are private

Uploads are stored in a private bucket with no public links. Receipts are never shown on the Wall.

Retention

By default we automatically erase your story, uploaded documents and generated text 180 days after delivery. We keep payment records (amount, date, Stripe reference) as required for tax and dispute purposes.

Your choices

• Download your documents any time from your account.
• Delete your account and all your data yourself in Account → Settings, or ask us via Contact.
• Turn off reminder and marketing emails in Settings. Order receipts and deliveries are always sent.

Analytics and cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-friendly and cookie-less.
